Dune Alpin Farm was developed in the early 1980’s as a community of 59 homesites and 48 cooperative units. The entire Dune Alpin community spans 135 acres with scenic reserve areas totaling 50 acres which immeasurably enhance the intrinsic value and beauty of Dune Alpin Farm. The large open fields of land with the barns and silos in the background serve as a welcoming rural scene just across from the Red Horse Market complex and just before entering the Village of East Hampton. In the Summer season the Dune Alpin Farm Association hopes to have horses grazing in the East Field.
